Don't worry, this is nothing like as complicated as a "real" tenancy agreement, but we do like the mall metaphor.

You can secure a business office, specialist boutique, or general retail outlet like THIS ONE in one of three ways:

Sponsored Outlets Extending our commitment to giving everyone equal access to opportunities, and understanding that people may not wish to affiliate, we also provide rent-free units with the simple requirement of including our own products, links and adverts in the sponsored outlet. This is the default for new stores after initial sign-up.

Affiliation We offer rent-free units to anyone able and willing to affiliate with us through SFI Marketing. We do this because it creates a strong team and underlying business for everyone. We also have a strong commitment to giving a ordinary people a head start into their home-based business venture. Affiliated outlets will feature the owner's SFI links, and owners are able to replace our adverts with their own (or remove them completely).

Monthly Rental For those who do not wish to affiliate with us, or include our links in their own business, we also provide units for a low monthly rent. Just $10 Australian per month will secure your own Sacred River outlet.

With each of these options, Sacred River will provide a virtual outlet, ready for you to fill with products, services and news updates. Every business operator has editorial control of all content.
